If your sign design requires a specific logo, we prefer this to be submitted as a vector art file. Any building elevation / plans that can be provided will also speed up the process.

The majority of the time, if your logo was professionally designed, you were provided with the following file: .eps, .ai, layered .pdf file. If these cannot be accessed, we can rebuild your logo in a vector format for a fee.

Yes, we encourage your input and any examples of signs that you like to be sent. But sometimes, depending on the complexity of the project, our clients rely on our professional expertise to make tough decisions.

Before your sign can go into production we require a signed proof of the sign to ensure that Baton Rouge Sign and the client are on the same page and can eliminate mistakes from happening. It is very important that you review your art drawings before submitting an approval.

We take into consideration that revision will happen. We allow 3 revisions before additional fees are applied.

We specialize in illuminated electrical signs, but accept most interior and exterior signage work.

We build custom signage and each project can vary. Once your sales representative has put together a proposal for the job, we can determine an estimated lead time at that time.

Absolutely, that is what we are here to do.

After the sign drawings have been approved. A 50% Deposit is required before production can begin, and a 50% Balance is due before the sign is installed. We will provide photos of your sign before installation.

Because we are a custom sign fabricator, a detailed drawing must be approved by the client before we begin production to ensure a refund is not necessary. Our signs are custom and all sales are final.

Checks, Credit Cards with a 4% Fee (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH bank transfer, E-check, & Cash.

Depending on the jurisdiction requirements and the sign type, a permit may be required before your sign can be installed. We have the capability to apply for permits and have a great working relationship with most permitting offices. The permit fees will be billed at cost and added to invoice before installation. However, we will not begin production of the sign until a permit has been pulled. Most illuminated exterior building, pylon, and monument signs require a permit.

Not all the time, but there are some cities that do require engineer stamped drawings.

We can also handle this as well for an additional fee that will be added to the invoice before the sign is installed.

For most of the signs we build, the client must supply standard 120 volt electrical hookup for power supply. Baton Rouge sign does not handle electrical work.
